Caveat blogger – lawyer suspended for reckless disregard of the truth

An Indiana lawyer was suspended for 30 days for blogging about a judge’s malfeasance in the administration of an estate. The court found that the lawyer’s allegations in the blog “were not just false; they were impossible” because a different judge at the time was presiding in the estate matter.
