Proprietary Rights

TECHNETHICS and in addition possibly its third party suppliers of content, own proprietary rights on the content created for this Website or made available for its use, such as articles, information, pictures, videos, etc. (“Content”). To be sure, all right, title, and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in the Content in any medium belongs to TECHNETHICS. No User (as defined in the T&C) can acquire any proprietary interest in the Content, except that a User is authorized, for the User’s exclusive use, to electronically display the Content. A User is also authorized to download a de minimis amount of the Content in a device of his or her possession, and to email, fax, make printouts of this de minimis amount of the Content. For the avoidance of doubt, downloading and storing Content in an archival database is prohibited. Under no circumstances may you offer any part of the Content for commercial resale or commercial redistribution in any medium or use the Content to compete with the business of TECHNETHICS. Unless expressly authorized, Users may not reproduce totally or partially (or even de minimis) the Content in the Internet, publish it in any way, or use it for public lectures or presentations. You cannot alter the Content in any way and then attribute the authorship (including but not limited to citation in pleadings, articles or blogs) of Content to TECHNETHICS.
Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted according to the laws and regulations of United States.
